Explore Fish Bay!
Our residential Community was established by Cocoloba Development Associates in the 1970s. In 1983 the development plan was transferred to the Estate Fish Bay Owners Association with Covenants and Bylaws. The Association is responsible for administering the Covenants and Bylaws as well as the stewardship of the property as a whole. Our goal is to create an attractive community for residents and visitors alike and to enhance the value of the properties in the long term.
Estate Fish Bay is bounded by the Virgin Islands National Park on three sides and Estate Rendezvous & Ditleff on the East. It now encompasses 203 parcels and homes have been built on approximately 50% of the parcels. The ghuts, that course through the site during wet weather, as well as several parcels along the shoreline have been set aside as conservation land.
The Association is led by a Board of Directors, and has two principle committees: Architectural Review and Roads. The Architectural Review Committee, or ARC, review building plans or additions to verify compliance, approve and help to enforce the architectural guidelines through direct communication with our membership. The Roads Committee is entrusted with the maintenance, construction and upgrading of the Fish Bay road network. This is a particularly challenging task, since the roads are not maintained by the Virgin Islands DPW, they are owned by the Association. The all-volunteer board works to manage all of the association’s responsibilities and welcomes the participation of as many members as possible. Please become involved and participate on the Board, the Committees, or the special initiatives, such as the updating of the Covenants and Bylaws or the annual clean-up of the roads and shoreline. The stewardship of the Fish Bay community is vitally important and we encourage volunteer participation.
